MAST Awards Night is an annual event that brings together members and suppliers for a festive evening of recognition and celebration. The All Star Awards, Best Supplier Awards, Advisor Sales Awards, Business Development Awards, among other awards and recognitions, are presented this night. All MAST agencies are invited, including agency owners, managers, travel advisors, and independent contractors. The evening begins with a networking reception with cash bar, followed by an elegant dinner with wine and concludes with an after-party.

In honor of the 2026 Annual MAST Conference in Boulder, CO, we are celebrating with a striking gold theme! This year, MAST travel advisors and suppliers are Striking Gold by transforming hard work and partnership into award-winning success. With potential to increase profits and industry recognition, our community continues to uncover golden opportunities and lasting growth.

Award Categories

The President’s Award

This award is presented to the MAST member who has dedicated a great deal of effort and personal time to promote and support the entire MAST organization and its objectives to ensure its continued success.

The Directors Achievement Award

MAST is comprised of many successful small volume sales producers. With this award the MAST Board of Directors recognizes one high achievement member agency with preferred suppliers sales under $500,000, which has met the following criteria:

  • The agency must attain Diamond status in MAST Rewards
  • The agency must have been in the Premium Plus membership plan for the previous and current year
  • At least 80% of total sales on MAST preferred suppliers, with the highest percentage of increase year over year

All Star Awards

All Star Awards honor members with the highest sales, sales growth, and highest sales with individual preferred suppliers. Recipients of the All Star Awards are also awarded a supplier-hosted trip (nominal cost to trip participants) to accommodate two people from the agency. Twenty-five All Star Awards are given each year as follows:

  • 10 awards: Agencies with highest preferred supplier sales overall
  • 10 awards: Agencies with greatest preferred supplier sales growth, based on percent of increase year-over-year, with sales over $1,000,000
  • 5 awards: Agencies with greatest preferred supplier sales growth, based on percent of increase year-over-year, with sales over $500,000 and under $1,000,000

While dual affiliation is not encouraged, if your agency is affiliated with another consortium, please be aware that the supplier sales reported to MAST may not reflect your sales for certain suppliers if those suppliers have you affiliated with another consortium in their system. It is the agency’s responsibility to direct the supplier on where to report their sales. Please note that sales not affiliated with MAST will not count toward your overall sales, nor will they contribute to MAST’s overall sales as group, or its sales goals and potential overrides earned with individual suppliers.

Member Highest Sales by Supplier Awards

Agencies with the highest sales with each preferred supplier will be recognized for their accomplishments. Please Note: In order for Independent Contractor sales to be included in the agency’s overall sales, the IC must be booking with the supplier under the Member Agency’s ID and AGENCY NAME.

While dual affiliation is not encouraged, if your agency is affiliated with another consortium, please be aware that the supplier sales reported to MAST may not reflect your sales for certain suppliers if those suppliers have you affiliated with another consortium in their system. Individual Advisor Sales Awards

Agency owners can help MAST to show their appreciation for sales advisors’ achievements by nominating them for individual awards based on annual sales figures. The call for submissions is released to agency owners in January and must be submitted approximately three weeks before MAST Awards Night. Individual sales advisors are eligible for the following awards:

Two Million Dollar Travel Advisor Award: Awarded to advisors who have sold more than $2,000,000 in leisure sales with 70% or more to MAST Preferred Suppliers

Million Dollar Travel Advisor Award: Awarded to advisors who have sold more than $1,000,000 in leisure sales with 70% or more to MAST Preferred Suppliers

Outstanding Travel Advisor Sales Award: Awarded to advisors who have sold more than $750,000 in leisure sales with 70% or more to MAST preferred suppliers.

Business Development Awards

Best Group Promotion: This award recognizes one MAST member agency for their creativity and effort in generating group tour and cruise business through their own sales and promotional efforts using personal contacts, reputation, advertising, marketing, and word-of-mouth.

Best Travel Show: This award recognizes one MAST member agency for their creativity and effort in hosting and presenting a consumer travel show or client appreciation event (Examples include: a honeymoon night, cruise night, family travel night, etc.) within the agency or at another business establishment.

Best Social Media Marketing: This award recognizes one MAST member agency for their commitment to creating and engaging in their own social media marketing efforts, outside of MAST’s Social Media Posting Service. Through original content creation, effort to provide multiple platform social media marketing, as well as ongoing activity in correlation with supplier sales goal-driven promotional content such as; MAST Cruise Group Space and Cruise Sale Dates, featured supplier of the month, and supplier social media campaigns, this award recipient displays a unique knowledge and time commitment to their social channels.

Best Supplier Awards

The Best Supplier Awards are presented in nine categories determined by the votes of members and their sales staffs for the supplier they feel is most deserving of the award in each category:

  • Best Sales Managers
  • Best Inside Sales Support
  • Best Reservations Department
  • Best Group Department
  • Best Customer Service
  • Best Marketing Support
  • Best Training Program
  • Best MAST Sales Sensation Exhibit
  • Best Support of Travel Advisors in Consumer Marketing
Member Cost

Member Cost: $40 per person 

(There is no limit to the number of attendees you may bring from your agency, but please understand, depending on the size of your group, you may be spread across separate, (hopefully) neighboring tables. Please also note, if an individual does not register at least one week prior to the event, we cannot guarantee they will be seated with others from their same agency.)

Payment & Cancellation Policy: Payment in full is required upon registration. Registrants are now able to submit payment through the registration portal. Payment must be made separately on each registration. There is an option to save your credit card information for future use.

To help us manage event commitments and costs, we kindly ask that any changes to your registration be made at least five business days prior to the event. Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within five business days of the event, changes from in-person to virtual attendance made within that timeframe, or no-shows.

This fee helps offset non-refundable expenses we commit to on your behalf and will still apply in cases of illness or inclement weather if the event proceeds as scheduled. If you are unable to attend, you may send another individual from your organization in your place. If an individual affiliated with a MAST member agency is unable to cover the cancellation fee, the host agency will be responsible.

Supplier Cost

Supplier Cost: $70 per person 

(Please note, the $70 cost per supplier attendee is SEPARATE from any sponsorship dollars agreed upon for this event in your company's marketing plan. Please also note, if an individual does not register at least one week prior to the event, we cannot guarantee they will be seated with others from their same company.)

Hotel: MAST does not have group rates this year. Some nearby recommendations are the Hampton Inn & Suites Addison or the Hilton Garden Inn Addison.

Virtual

A FREE Virtual Live Stream will also be available for our non-local members and suppliers. No need to pre-register for the Virtual Live Stream, a Zoom link will be sent out closer to the event. We will not be able to incorporate virtual award recipients or attendee interaction into the evening program. Attendees will be muted upon entry to the live stream, with their video turned off for the duration of the event. Virtual attendees will not be able to un-mute themselves. There will be no time in the agenda for Q&A.
